They don’t even deserve one star. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a company in my life. I read reviews AFTER I purchased with them and wish I would have read them before because every bad review is true, sadly. I do not live near a store so the man I was working with to order my cabinets told me he was out of samples to send me so instead sent me a picture of the cabinet they have in their store and it doesn’t even come close to what I received! STAY AWAY! I got new cabinets in Feb 2022 and on Christmas 2024 a cabinet fell off the wall, breaking the cabinet and damaging the floor and surrounding cabinets. Come to find out that the cabinet was improperly installed, we discovered that the contractor company that Cabinets To Go referred us to use and set up for us, they missed the stud completely and screwed it only into dry wall.
