Bought my cabinets in 2018. I was happy with their service and product until… I Called the store to get sliders replaced since they went bad. (40 year Lifetime warranty) They said my sales order was no longer in the system. I was referred to customer service- Apparently, they had a system update that erased (lost) customers information. So THEIR issue became MINE.customer service couldn’t help and said I need to purchase the hardware. So much for their “lifetime warranty”

Sandra at Cabinets to Go in Ventura was wonderful. She helped me every step of the way deciding on the best cabinets for my budget and what style I wanted. She created the kitchen design, and explained everything to me. I was so lucky to work with someone that was so knowledgeable, professional, helpful and also personable. If you can work with Sandra you will be in good hands. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, but Sandra is awesome. 5 stars aren’t enough!! Thanks Sandra!
