This is our 3rd kitchen and flooring with Cabinets To Go. Each have been a pleasant experience. We have been working with Dylan on this last project. Great attention to detail and very responsive when asked any questions.
I would give no stars if I could but I had to do one to leave a review. We place our order for a closet system on March 23, 2025. We had their contractor Robert Smith come out and measure. Once the measurements were adjusted the order was submitted and was told it would be two weeks. Two weeks came and went. I called the store they stated that half the order was there waiting on other half. Another two weeks went by called the store again. The went to see if order was in. It was. Tried this company for my Mom's Kitchen remodeling and i must say the worst service I've ever received. Cabinets were delivered on time. However all the problems begun when it came to the installation part. They sent over a contractor named Dave who in my opinion is the laziest person you can ever have work something for you. The guy made up alot of excuses from day one.
