Shane Love was awesome!! He was so patient and helpful. We were able to ask all of our questions and get a great visual of our kitchen. He gave us new ideas and things we hadn’t even thought about! —Updating this from 5 stars to 1 star—and even that feels like a stretch. Shane used his vast knowledge of the products Cabinets To Go has to offer to help us complete our kitchen and then to design our master bathroom. We are very happy with the service we received and the craftsmanship the cabinets.
UPDATE…it’s been almost two weeks since their last communication in response to my review here and NOTHING!! No one called or emailed. My solution is simple, issue a credit for the cabinet that is no good. Also, I have been waiting for touch up kits for kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities since they delivered them at the end of last year, again, still NOTHING!! Rating down a star. POOR customer service and subpar quality! Be ware! If you are looking for custom cabinets, stay away! The only customer thing about them is your layout. If you expect any type of customer service, stay away! Their cabinets all made outside of the US in specific colors, designs and sizes. You choose the layout you want, everything else is cookie cutter. I received a few pieces damaged but was told my the salesperson when I ordered them that their customer service is great and will make sure to resolve any issue. WRONG!! Typic... read more
