So what I am understanding from the comments, is that if everything runs smooth with the orders, the customer service is great (of course), but if there are any hiccups.. they could care less and take zero responsibility. Well.. that sucks! If things go south, I would want a company that works with me and makes things less stressfull.

We were referred to Cabinets to go by a family member and she wasn't wrong about her opinion of the Cabinet to go staff , they helped us make and educated decision. Veneta guided us through the whole process and very creative.

I had a truly awful experience with this company. My order was completely wrong—they shipped five microwave cabinets, four refrigerator cabinets, and no wall cabinets. When I called the manager Venita and sales rep Devon to fix the issue, they were rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. To make matters worse, the attempt to correct the order was also incorrect. And on top of it all, they tried to charge me another $250 shipping fee for the correct order. I am beyond disappointed and will never order from them again.
