The ordering process was easy and they made it simple to preview what our kitchen would look like. We had a few minor issues with pieces when they came. The cracked piece, customer service was phenomenal on recognizing and sending out a new one. There was a color match issue and that one required jumping through some hoops to get replaced, but in the end they did fix the issue. We appreciated that!
