James is absolutely the best to work with! Very creative with his cabinet design for my primary bath and maximized the use of the space. Took his time working with me Delivery Issue. Cabinets were 2 days late being delivered. Once they finally arrived, there was a misunderstanding as to the time the delivery would be at my house. My experience was that there is NO follow-up after the purchase. Too many things not fully explained and store is trying to do too much with no manpower.

I had a terrible experience with Cabinets to Go in Columbia, SC. The cabinets we ordered didn't come with everything, and the countertops didn't come at all. We ended up cancelling the countertop order because they were going to take an additional 3 weeks to come in. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the refund. After the 2 weeks passed, I called to check the status and was told I needed to pay an additional $150 to get the $3000 back! Make it make sense. Absolutely horrible, unprofessional service.
