Very pleasant experience. James was very knowledgeable and professional. His product knowledge was exceptional and it made the process easy. I highly recommend this Cabinets To Go if you're planning on upgrading your kitchen.
We tried to go with them for new cabinets and countertops, but the process was bad from the beginning. Never told the cabinets needed to be assembled, not told we had to arrange a plumber for the sink, or that they use a third party for the countertops and that they don't coordinate or speak at all. No supervision of the work; one unneeded surprise after the other. Can't cancel; 25% restocking fee. Never do business with this company.
James was very good with us.
James is a godsend. Met all of our needs and more. I really appreciate him staying late to go over all of our changes as well. 5/5 for sure.
Tina Marie at the Cabinets To Go was the best ! Our need was a little complicated one but with her abilities in designing and her kindness helped us to get the exact cabinets we needed, very satisfied.
