I had a terrible experience with Cabinets to Go in Columbia, SC. The cabinets we ordered didn't come with everything, and the countertops didn't come at all. We ended up cancelling the countertop order because they were going to take an additional 3 weeks to come in. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the refund. After the 2 weeks passed, I called to check the status and was told I needed to pay an additional $150 to get the $3000 back! Make it make sense. Absolutely horrible, unprofessional service. Our kitchen had water damage and all the cabinets along the outside wall had to be removed. The contractor we hired to put things back together did not perform, which delayed our reinstallation project about 3-4 weeks. We were desperate to find someone we could depend on to sell us the proper replacement cabinets and to install them properly as fast as possible. Terrible Experience – Poor Service, No Accountability I had one of the worst experiences ever with Cabinets To Go in Columbia, SC. From the start, the process was a mess. My cabinets arrived late, and when they did finally show up, I received items I did not order. This mistake was completely on their end. Trying to replace all the cabinets in my kitchen and worked with one designer at the Cabinets To Go. Weeks later, no estimate, no virtual design, no cabinets. Returning to the store we find out our designer had left and our account was not handed off to anyone else. Going through the process with a second designer, we have been waiting for the virtual design for a few weeks now. Service is terrible, the virtual design process is two lengthy, it's not worth it. We've decided to move on to a different cabinet provider.
