I had a terrible experience with Cabinets to Go in Columbia, SC. The cabinets we ordered didn't come with everything, and the countertops didn't come at all. We ended up cancelling the countertop order because they were going to take an additional 3 weeks to come in. They said it would take 2 weeks to get the refund. After the 2 weeks passed, I called to check the status and was told I needed to pay an additional $150 to get the $3000 back! Make it make sense. Absolutely horrible, unprofessional service. Our kitchen had water damage and all the cabinets along the outside wall had to be removed. The contractor we hired to put things back together did not perform, which delayed our reinstallation project about 3-4 weeks. We were desperate to find someone we could depend on to sell us the proper replacement cabinets and to install them properly as fast as possible. Terrible Experience – Poor Service, No Accountability I had one of the worst experiences ever with Cabinets To Go in Columbia, SC. From the start, the process was a mess.
