I had the most positive experience with Cabinets To Go in Austin, TX. I didn't have a store location near my home address so I went to the Austin store while in town for other reasons. No problem as an order would be sent out from the closest warehouse. Robert helped me with measurements and layout for the new cabinets. We added the smallest pullout kitchen accessory to the new design and it was perfect. We recently ordered kitchen cabinets from Cabinets To Go and had the pleasure of working with Ryan. He was incredibly helpful and patient, spending 2.5 hours with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The selection of cabinets was excellent, and we found the perfect match for our kitchen. Ryan also provided detailed drawings of how the cabinets would look in our space, which was extremely helpful in visualizing the final design. I went to the store with my mother in Jan, she already had one quote from the store, but wanted to get a quote for a different type of cabinet. The sales person was on the phone when we got there, and continued the phone call for at least another 10 minutes; he was the only person working, so that was understandable. However, in the midst of helping us he took another 10+ minutes call. Also, he said he would send her the quote on the custom cabinetry and never did. I strongly suggest buying elsewhere. Once the purchase process is in motion, it is impossible to stop it without losing a substantial amount of money. I sent the following complaints to customer service. They responded by blaming me for some of them and ignoring others. This was a $20,000 job. 1. Ferdinand added items to my order that we did not want. He added decorative ends to the upper and lower cabinets. He included two uppers and two lowers.
