Extremely poor service with pure deceitful intentions. Ryan (store manager) Robert (salesman) at the Austin, Tx location on IH35 have been nothing but deceitful from the beginning of our purchase. The original purchase was beginning of January 2025. Measurements taken by their staff and order placed. Order received and delivered to our home ( delivery was paid for). Upon installation it was determined the cabinet measurements were incorrect and somehow it was the customer’s fault. A new order was placed for the correct size.... read more

Ryan W at the Austin store was amazing from beginning to end in my consultation!!! He gave me an amazing quote and price and walked me through the whole process. We did the rendering right then and there for my whole kitchen. I’m super excited about my new kitchen!!!! I’m considering doing flooring and bathrooms with them too!!!
