Multiple errors made on my order costing me thousands to fix and delaying my project by months

Met with CJ to inquire about a future project. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional. CJ representative Swiss some great ideas and information, will probably visit the store again as we get closer to bringing our vision to reality.

I was asked to give a review in return for a free teapot. I never received the teapot even after following up several times. Never received any answer. Not very professional. The cabinets themselves are good, countertop experience wasn’t great. They forgot to measure my floating piece, had to come back out delaying the install. Then forgot my backsplash when they came to install. Probably wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
