We purchased kitchen cabinets from Cabinets to Go in September, 2023 through a designer. We were provided with an Estimate but not a final Sales Order/Receipt by the company or the designer. The cabinets were shipped to our home, were installed and our kitchen was completed in December, 2023. There were numerous problems with the cabinets, with many being damaged upon arrival. DONT FALL FOR THE 5 STARS REVIEWS! they give significant discount if you leave a 5 starts review. I purchased everything for a home office from them (worth around 4K). I went to the store and got the design done by one of their design specialists. I was so excited, loved the design and was pretty happy with the quality. I bought 3 cabinets from Claymont Delaware store for my cottage at beach 2 hrs away. When I finally got them there box packaging and tape job was different on one of the cabinets. This same cabinet was also damaged. I was able to repair to install with damage instead of waiting another week and spoke with someone from company about discount because it was apparent this was a returned cabinet they sold as new. Original products received late and all 4 cabinets were broken and damaged. Spent $5000. Half of the replacements received are still broken and not functional without repairing and repainting. We have wasted several months waiting for a solution while our kitchen is in disarray. No one returns customer service calls to rectify the situation. Would never recommend this company.

I have ordered the countertop Quartz in November 2021 from Cabinets to Go on and I still did not receive the item. I called the corporate office multiple times, emailed since February the store, the contactors, the corporate office. I have been waiting for 6 months (November 2 2021 to April 2022). I was informed they would would resolve the issue and would deliver the counter top for the island. Their installer is awful. He did a poor job with measuring and installing. Distance from each side of the kitchen window to cabinets is 1-1/4" difference. Left side of pantry cabinet is not attached to back of pantry cabinet. Therefore, left side bows out and shelves in back do not reach left side causing shelves to collapse with anything of weight put there. I did not buy a pantry cabinet to hold paper goods. This business needs a lot of training on customer relations and communication. My husband sand I truly regret using this establishment .You are better off using ***** or **** *****. The business has a lot of fine print and concerns that are truly addressed. I strongly advise not to use we had so many problems and was dissatisfied with the product that was installed. The company uses a lot of contractors and sub contractors. Honestly, they are all liars. Please take your money elsewhere.

The Cabinets are not so bad but dealing with that manager Jaime is like dealing with a two year child. I never had a so called adult speak childish and refuse to give you their manager phone number when I asked for it. He is a liar and when called out on it his behavior got worse! Then when I asked for my money back he refused! I will never recommend this place. If you want cabinets from here go to a different store. This store should be closed or change in manager.

I have had the worst experience at this location. It started in the beginning when the manager, Mark told me it would take 1 week to receive my cabinets. After a week, I called to check on them and they had not even been ordered. I proceeded to go the store and was told that my pantry was on back order until August 31 (mind you it was April 27 when I initially placed the order).
