Bad communication, even worse customer service. I DO NOT recommend Cabinets To Go. Placed an order and required to pay all up front. Received all items but was missing one part which was not an issue because they will eventually reorder it. Got cabinets installed thru them and it was a nightmare. Just had one of the most disappointing experiences ever... walked into the showroom, 3 associates were on duty and sitting at desks. Two of them said said hello, but not one got out of their seat or offered to wait on us or even ask if they could help us. We were looking to replace every cabinet in our our entire house and install all new countertops.... guess who’s not getting our business. We will make sure to share this with everyone we know. RecommendedThe cabinets that I install for a client of mine were put together very well and installed very good the only problem I had was that one or two of the staff members want to say some of my cabinets were installed upside down but yet they could not show me any paperwork to prove that my cabinets were upside down they say it’s common knowledge.
RecommendedWe were surprised with the quality of our cabinets. I must admit when I first heard that assembly required I thought let’s go another route! Great instructions simple assembly each cabinet became easier than the one previously assembled. The store manager and others were very informative on what to expect. !Please read as this store might have cheated you out of money! I understand that this is a long review but it might save you money. My experience with this store has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
