Don't walk, run! As fast as you can, away from this store. What started off as a pleasant experience has turned into an absolute nightmare. Once this place gets your money, they could care less about whether or not you ever actually receive your cabinets. It has been months since I ordered my kitchen cabinets, and I am still missing two cabinets. While we experienced a long wait time for our cabinets, when we got them we were quite pleased. All of the materials are not only good looking, but the quality of these cabinets is excellent. The staff at the Elgin store (we worked with Bill) helped us design the kitchen and every time we asked a question both before and during our project, we got the answer and help we needed. Terrible Customer Service - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE – Cabinets to Go, the name is further from the truth. In the beginning of October I went to the Elgin store to look at the product after seeing them on HGTV. Good, I thought. Sturdy, nice, decent price for the quality. Three weeks later I picked up the 24 boxes and assembled the cabinets. To my surprise, three doors were damaged. I contacted Jason at the Elgin store and he had me send him photos.
