I entered the st Peters, mo store. There were two employees i could see. Neither acknowledged I was there. One employee was helping a family at her desk. There was a woman who had been waiting an hour past her appt time and she left. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The second employee who wasn’t busy could have greeted me or answered my question. So very sad
