The prices were great, and everything went smoothly until they stopped. Once things started going wrong and issues arose I started getting ignored, and I had to call the customer care line to get any type of answer. I will NEVER suggest the Norfolk location EVER. I’m actually still waiting on a refund for a sink the manager never even realize didn’t come in. Now I’m being shorted 100$ with no explanation and she refuses to answer our calls or call us back. Even emailed and still no response.
