Update: 4/11- took a day off from work when they assured us the cabinets were arriving today for installation. Still no cabinets (that should have been installed last week but were the wrong size). No phone call. No nothing. Turns out, the moment the funds have left your account. 2 weeks without a kitchen when they told us 2 days for install. Update: 4/4- Since my original post, a number of "quote miscalculations", "mixups", and "wrong measurements" have cost us an additional $2500.00. It saddens me that our first home renov... read more
Garrett was great to work with and they had everything we were looking for! Great prices, great selection! They made outfitting our kitchen build so easy and way less stressful than I was expecting!
After getting a slow start to the process, we got our cabinets ordered. Due to our kitchen having many angles, we worked with Garret to finalize order to our satisfaction. Can’t wait for them to be delivered!
Update: 4/4- Since my original post, a number of "quote miscalculations", "mixups", and "wrong measurements" have cost us an additional $2500.00. It saddens me that our first home renovation has been soured. At this point, we have surpassed the number we we were given in our original quote from another provider. Cabinets to Go "lower" quote was actually costing just as much if not a little more in time and headspace. Derek and Garrett's customer service was incredible. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and the errors they caught before we finalized our installation. This is our first major home renovation and it has been a nightmare trying to navigate the myriad of organizations. So relieved we found Cabinets to Go! Thanks guys!
