These folks are awesome. We loved our cabinets and granite countertop. Could not be happier with color and style we selected. We had a slight problem with an item received damaged however Cabinets city corrected the problem very quickly then we expected.
The customer service was awesome. We walked in, they did not push us or ambush us. They had fantastic cabinets. Especially when we heard what the price would be about we could not wait more. Likely we had our measurement with us, Derek did a great 3D design on his program which made our mind right after. Derek has carefully answered all our questions and got us exactly what we needed. We have been using the Cabinets City for our second kitchen bath remodeling and never had any problem. They are extremely kind and professional as well as helpful with the great design ideas. I purchased granite countertop for my kitchen remodel from Cabinets City. Since we wanted to see the whole slab they sent us to their huge supplier MSI which is only maybe a mile from them. My husband and I drove up to MSI, picked up our lovely Alaska White granite. MSI customer service was as kind as Cabinets City.
