We recently replaced over 1000 sqft of flooring. We really appreciated the options available through CFM. Choosing the correct product was not easy, but we finally decided on a Robbins prefinished solid hardwood. Customer service was amazing too! A big shout out to Julie at the Tigard location who worked with us to get product for a time sensitive project. And then went above and beyond working with the rep regarding some questions about their product. We love our new floors! We definitely recommend CFM.
Nancy at CFM is fantastic. She helped me prepare a Belmont cabinet and Apex countertop order for a client. We had been working on this kitchen remodel for sometime and she stayed in touch while we waited for the client to be ready. The package was perfect went together with very little alterations and only a few trim pieces left over. I will definitely work with Nancy again. I had an amazing experience working with CFM, Crystal Clark helped us pick out flooring and countertops and Nancy Duong designed our kitchen cabinets around the appliances we picked. They worked with us for any changes we needed to make they were very fast and the communication was top tier. Crystal worked with us at every step of our remodel and went above and beyond in making sure we got what we wanted while offering her professional advice when it came to picking out what materials we were using. Nancy and Tanja at CFM were awesome to work with—great design advice and help making good, quality budget-friendly choices. Out total kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project turned out great and we are super pleased! Excellent service, and great choice of products.
We worked with Adrian Smith and Nancy Duong at CFM on a complete bath remodel and adding a butcher block surface in our kitchen. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. Even after the sale, Adrian went above and beyond by contacting one of the contractors on our behalf to resolve a problem with one of the products we ordered. They provided terrific service!
