Nancy at CFM is fantastic. She helped me prepare a Belmont cabinet and Apex countertop order for a client. We had been working on this kitchen remodel for sometime and she stayed in touch while we waited for the client to be ready. The package was perfect went together with very little alterations and only a few trim pieces left over. I will definitely work with Nancy again. I had an amazing experience working with CFM, Crystal Clark helped us pick out flooring and countertops and Nancy Duong designed our kitchen cabinets around the appliances we picked. They worked with us for any changes we needed to make they were very fast and the communication was top tier. We worked with Adrian Smith and Nancy Duong at CFM on a complete bath remodel and adding a butcher block surface in our kitchen. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. Even after the sale, Adrian went above and beyond by contacting one of the contractors on our behalf to resolve a problem with one of the products we ordered. They provided terrific service!
