Had one of the most pleasant experiences when I came to Cabinet World in need of a piece of cabinet trim that was missing in our new home. Dick took the time from his busy day to find the exact type of wood, cut it to size for me, planned it to the thickness and put a 45 on it. When he was done, all I had to do is fine tune the length and nail gun it on. I had been looking all over for a piece of wood and landed up finding it right in my home town. I needed a kitchen island for our new home and Dick was super easy to work with. He meet with me 3 different times to go over measurements and what I wanted and the island turned out great! I highly recommend them.
