I've been calling for three days and they have a call back feature. They will call you back and hang right up so you have to call again. Today I have spoke to three ppl and the last person had me on hold this long. See picture before the call went back into the que saying it was a 2 min hold. I don't think I will ever get this resolved. I hate living in Kentucky

Everything said about this office is correct. It took 28 minutes to drop off 3 papers after becoming unemployed. The drop box is no longer available because we are below the workers and our time isn't valuable. I did so on October 26th stamped by the worker. I called on the October 30 to tell them...I dropped everything off and my kids are hungry, hurry up. They said they have until November 2nd to work the case. Takes 30 minutes just to talk to someone about your case. What is the point to ask all of my information just to put me back on hold for 15 minutes? This system needs to be more efficient as it would be easier on everyone. I pay taxes, it should not be this difficult to get assistance in America (gotta save the resources for the illegals I guess). Taxation without representation. They are also taught to not accept ANY documentation that we turn in but also give tons of benefits to illegals?? United States of Foreigners.
Love this office!! Very helpful!! Always had a pleasant attitude …. Sometimes a long wait. But that is going to happen anywhere.
