I called asked for something specific the sales person said they had it then wasting my time trying to sell me what I didn't want and eventually said they didn't have what I wanted
I purchased both my kitchen and bathroom cabinets from Cabinet Era. John took care of us at the Baltimore branch. I was extremely pleased with his service. He was an incredible person. He provided support in every way and was always available to answer questions.
Emre was very helpful and his email responses were super fast - responding within less than an hour of my questions. The quality of the Vita cabinets we got were good ( I wouldn’t call them extremely high end, but for the price, it was a great compromise). Nothing came damaged and we got the exact cabinets we ordered without any mistakes. Again Emre was great at responses and recommendations for designing our kitchen. Would definitely recommend going with CabinetEra in the future if I am doing another project.
I love our new cabinets. John (Can) was so helpful and made the whole transition from selection to final pay very comfortable. I could say that it was all very professional and money well paid, thanks John
