I typically don’t write reviews unless something is truly exceptional—good or bad. Unfortunately, this experience with Cabinet Craft was a disaster from start to finish. I’m writing this not out of spite, but as a warning to anyone considering hiring them. The entire experience was a consecutive series of lies. Terrible company. Company refuses to refund my deposit of over $2,000. Company will not return my calls, and ignores text messages and email.

My project started on March 25, 2024; the final completion of this project was May 6, 2024. So much confusion in this business. I created a Power Point and colored each cupboard and frames in detail. They painted some the wrong color. If you are not in a hurry, like living out of boxes you will be good. After all the hassle, they did a good job, and the painters were respectful and pleasant.

Communication issues and constant rescheduling made this a challenging process, but the quality of work seems good. We started in February and finished in April for a relatively small job. Phone calls go straight to voicemail, and there is no call back. Texts are ignored, and email responses took days. The owner is incredibly likable on the phone, but it can be a battle to get things done in the timeline stated. Always "unexpected" delays, technical issues with phones and email, and the Shirk brothers promise of "two weeks."... read more
