Absolute disaster!!! I have never written a review but could not, in good conscience, not write/share my experience with Cabinet Craft Finishes. The overall rating of 4.8 is extremely misleading to anyone considering this company. That rating was achieved under a different ownership structure that dissolved late 2025. Really disappointed in the overall experience with this company. Unreliable and terrible communication, with constant rescheduling and no shows. Michael was very pushy for quick payment to "secure quick turnaround windows," but made lots of empty promises on timelines and schedules. He claimed he'd reimburse us for a meal due to his repeated failure to show up.. never happened. I typically don’t write reviews unless something is truly exceptional—good or bad. Unfortunately, this experience with Cabinet Craft was a disaster from start to finish. I’m writing this not out of spite, but as a warning to anyone considering hiring them. The entire experience was a consecutive series of lies. They promised a two-week timeline and what followed was five months of frustration, missed deadlines, and absolutely unacceptable work habits. Terrible company. Company refuses to refund my deposit of over $2,000. Company will not return my calls, and ignores text messages and email.
My project started on March 25, 2024; the final completion of this project was May 6, 2024. So much confusion in this business. I created a Power Point and colored each cupboard and frames in detail. They painted some the wrong color. If you are not in a hurry, like living out of boxes you will be good. After all the hassle, they did a good job, and the painters were respectful and pleasant.
