This man is a thief and fraud. Although parts of the house were painted (upstairs) the detail work was poor, he didn’t paint behind the fridge, and had the audacity to charge extra for the window frames. Embedded in the agreement is for touchups. He hasn’t come by to fix them and has ignored all texts and emails. Paint was already chipping from the doors only days after completion.
