It’s gotten pretty bad here. The walls are paper thin, bed bugs in almost every building, poor ventilation, increasing rent every year, unhelpful staff, and rude neighbors. The only good thing is the maintenance guys. I could go in depth on everything I listed but it would just become an essay. Just know that I’d rather go back to living in my college apartment surrounded by drunk students. I can’t wait to move out.
I have lived in this apartment complex for a year. These apartments are very old and I had to ask for a lot of repairs. The parking was hard at times. The management was average. When I moved out they charged for not returning the pool pass that I had in my hand but never thought it would be required to return nor I was asked to return it. When I reached out to them to rectify this issue, they refused to take it back and charged me $50 for a piece of paper that is worth 5 cents. Very disappointed!
Parking sucks. Other than that, I'm content. Not the Taj Mahal, but not a dump either.
Great company to work for. Proud to be part of their team.
