Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
