I scheduled a jump start with this company, and they were suppose to be at my residence at 6:49am, I called them at around 6:58am to get an update, and the dispatch lady said that they're running behind, and that I would have to wait another hour. They didn't call me to give me an update, I had to call them, and it's going to be about 2 hours total to get a jump start from a tow company that's local. It’s already a struggle for an individuals truck to get towed , last thing someone needs is an elderly woman giving me attitude and speaking to me like if I am not intelligent. All I want to do is pay to get my truck out and go on about my business. Don’t want to work you should just stay at home
