It's sad when good Dr's are represented with a terrible office staff incapable of doing their jobs. They are incompetent to have necessary authorizations done because they 'were off last week'. Well, I've been on you books for 3 months, look ahead. Unbelievable, unprofessional front desk staff.

My first visit Dr Cabello he scheduled me for an EEG to get his initial baseline on my seizures. I was 38 @ the time. Fast Forward 6 months for my second appt w/ him to get the results of my EEG & the first words out of his mouth was “would you be Interested in brain surgery ?” I already had 9 brain surgeries for hydrocephalus by the age of 16. THINK TWICE! Due to a combination of medication, my son had a seizure a few years ago, which was reported to the State of Florida. The State required that he get 2 clean CT scans 1 year apart in order keep his driver’s license. The first year, the visits, CT scan, and filing of the paperwork with the State by Dr. Cabello’s office went flawlessly. The second year, however, was nothing but PROBLEMS. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT OFFICE STAFF THAT SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO DEAL WITH PATIENTS, after several unsuccessful attempts (starting on January 1, 2021) to reach Dr. Cabello regarding a potential fatal reaction I was having to a prescribed medication, I was constantly told his calendar was full and would have to wait until my appointment on April 6th. I have gone to Dr. Cabello for years and he is a very caring doctor. I have Epilepsy and other issues.

If I could rate the staff it would be a zero lazy and you can tell they dont care about patients! Dont dare call after hours for anything because miss Danielle will yell you go to the ER so she doesnt have to do her job worst treatment I have ever recieved as a patient in my life

I love dr caballero he listen to what i have to say about my situation and he gives his recoemdation and the we come to a conclusion of what's best. His nurse tara is awesome she always returns calls. I'm so happy that i finally found a neurologist thats truly concerned for me. So if you're looking for a neurologist look no further.

My husband has Epilepsy and we were referred to Dr. Cabello by the SEA foundation. Dr. Cabello is a very caring and understanding doctor. I highly recommend him and his staff.
