Wasn't a patient but the two medics I saw today were on their phones non stop... I never saw them communicate one time with their patient and I seriously hope that they aren't on their phones while driving. I would be surprised though. I was at cabell hospital in the ortho clinic. The elderly lady was strapped in on the gurney and they never asked if she was comfortable or thirsty... She was like a piece of furniture.
My wife was picked up yesterday from our Dr's office. She wanted the EMT's too know how much well they took care of her one of the guys was Chase the other she can't remember. They were great can't say enough kudos. Bill & Julie Peck
