Found exactly what I had been looking for. An associate was extremely helpful. He came to me, didn't have to hunt one down and no hassles over my military ID.
I also have a relative that lives there and their maintenance that they have there is just to collect a pay check. My husband and I do more work to her apartment then we should have to. I also know of other tenants that need work done which falls on death ears. Stop taking advantage of the elderly. There is just one maintenance man there maybe they should just invest on getting him another set of hands but someone that takes pride in his or her job. Shame on you!
A relative has lived under this corporation for quite some time. Once the handy person gets the work order, the job is only half done and the parts are parts from another unit. This relative had a work order from last year. It has never been finished. Another unit had cardboard where there should be a metal cover. My understanding is this as been like this for almost 7 years. To my knowledge nothing is researched properly so a lot of mistakes are made unintentional or not.
