Since the company has gone public the inventory has gotten smaller and smaller. I just hope it doesn't become jusa another big box sports store!
Went in to have a peep sight put on my sons bow 2 1/2 hrs to get it installed. Asked to speak to a senior manager. Pat came down had to wait 10 minutes for him...... Rude unprofessional total JACKASS. Not a good experience. Going to Bass Pro next time.
poor communication and a rude sales person at gun counter completely ruined the experience we were regulars now we will find a new place to spend our Saturday afternoons. I will never go back unless I cannot find what I need anywhere else and I mean anywhere else.
Great trip and products except shotgun purchase. Guy showed me the second choke in box, cashier dropped box and I didn't think about it. I got home choke was missing and spent 15 minutes being transferred from person to person until finally sent to voicemail. I would just like to talk to somebody about a replacement or something rather than being transferred. Late on this edit but They made it right. On my next trip they gave me a free choke of equal value to the Remington choke that came with the shotgun.
It is always a wonderful experience shopping there. Everyone is there to help you and very friendly.
I went there Dec. 7 in the fog to a practically empty store. I give great customer service for a living so I thought this will be great. I will be able to get help and get my shopping done quickly. There was at the most 2 customer per sales associate. I spent 1 1/2 hour looking in the hunting clothes and ammo section and no sales associate approached me. We went to Cabela's yesterday morning to turn in my credit card points. I bought a gun an dealt with Jennifer Baker at the gun counter. She was very knowledgable and helpful and we also picked up some sweatshirts while we was there. Overall a very good experience and great day !!
There was this one girl at the cash register she was so mean when I bought my stuff she threw the change in my hand and she did not even say bye or thanks for coming it's like if you do not like you're job than quit and me and my uncle asked her if she was open to scan our stuff she was like uhhhhh like do I half to #mean
I purchased a number of items there. I had a great experience with the guys in the gun library and the counter. Purchased ammo and accessories as well. Every time I had a great experience.
