I ordered a fishing cart in May as a gift, and no hardware was included in the box. I have been on the phone with customer service repeatedly and get the same old story that they will look into it and expedite it and make it high priority. Well today I got the same story again and still no parts. Be careful where you buy your gear, you can get the same crap treatment I am getting. Never had a problem with Bass Pro.

The store itself has amazing products, but the employees could be a little more polite.
They have terrible customer service. I bought a Nalgene water bottle at the store and when I got home I found out it was defective and missing the stopper piece. The customer service lady on the phone was pretty nasty and she told me that I either had to pay shipping to send it back to the store or drive over an hour to return it and then they would deal with it. Not worth my time or money. I will not be going back
