Sat on hold for 15 minutes trying to get a hold of someone in the shoe department. Only to be transferred to a voicemail that says "sara" who the hell is sarah and why wasn't I told there is no one available would you like a voicemail. Perhaps I would have liked to continue to stay on hold for another 15 minutes to have my question answered. SO completely frustrating. Won't be buying my boots there now
