Went in to purchase a gun at the Grand Junction location. Because of their sales associate, "Rob", I took my business elsewhere. He was so incredibly rude. He should not be the professional helping people make an educated firearm purchase. I mentioned my experience to the Customer Service Department on my way out of the store . Thank you Caleb in the archery department for spending time with our son yesterday. You are top notch in customer service and safety. Our son left the store beaming with excitement over his experience with Caleb and is still talking about how much fun he had learning how to use his new bow and arrows. You made this little boys year!
My husband took our 17 year old son in to look at shotgun's, he was told by the associate that he could not sell my husband a gun, because he was going to let our son hunt with it. My husband told the associate that he had a duck stamp and has hunted elk and deer also Still would not even let them look at the guns! I guess you are not supposed to let your kids hunt with guns! We will never shop Cabela's again!
