I had a really great experience at Cabbagetown Pharmacy. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything about my prescription. I was able to get my medication smoothly and without any issues. The whole process felt efficient and caring. I truly appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the team — it made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to others!

Came in for a flu shot, and was pleased at how friendly and professional the staff were. I was also able to discuss NRT with the pharmacist, and he was very helpful throughout.
Absolutely rude person working here. I went to this address to drop off a package as this is a listed purolator dropoff location. The person behind the desk saw me walk in and yelled “we don’t accept Amazon packages anymore.” When I kindly asked if she knows where I can go she shrugged and said “I don’t know? Penguin pickup?” The whole interaction was so off putting and she was not kind in the slightest.
They are always very friendly and help you with everything you need. They are very respectful and understanding with people who don't speak English well.
