Dr Adams is the BEST
I’m just here to lower the 3 star rating
Very poor customer service. So I guess the receptionists takes it upon their selves to stop answering the phones 1 hour before they close. I could literally hear someone pick up the phone and put it back down each time. Good thing it was not an emergency. The doctors are awesome but the front office needs more training in customer service skills. If you don’t like your job find something you like and leave.
I have received excellent care from Dr Adams and the staff here. Can't speak highly enough of them.
