These people will let their apartment managers screw over their tenants with no repercussions. My husband and I had a lease from April 2018 to April 2019. In November 2018 the office manager called us saying the rent was going up in 2019 and that if we planned on renewing our lease in April 2019, we could come in and renew in November to avoid it and lock in our current rent price.
