Recommendedi been coming to this place since i was 19 and this is the ONLY car wash in Houston i can count on to clean my car well
HELP ME SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN! I took my brand new truck that i bought last week to get a simple wash and received it back two very obvious paint chips taken out of the tailgate. They tried to cover it up with what looks like nail polish and then they told me that it wasn't their fault. I have documentation from the dealership that I bought the truck that shows that no scratches previously existed. These guys are crooks and need to be shut down. I should have read all the negative reviews before taking my vehicle there.
Battery died while getting washed (was fine before we drove there) and they jumped the battery with crossed terminals- totally blowing out electrical system. Called corporate office and no response!
5 star service. Lube technicians are great. Car Wash techs patient and good with completing customer requests.
Just had the worst experience at Cabana Car Wash on west belfort. They ruined my window and refuse to own up to it and instead the "manager" began yelling and screaming at me that I did that and not them when clearly it was caused by this place. Avoid this place and spread the word. That's not to mention the car is still fully dirty. Will never return. They should be ashamed instead they were defensive and unapologetic.
Don't get oil change, they forgot to tighten plug, fell out, almost ruined engine
I am utterly disgusted and disappointed. I have lived near this establishment for years and frequent it quit often, today was the worst experience ever!! The lube department was great, polite and did not talk down to me. The car was manager was rude, told me I imagined his ugly demeanor and did not acknowledge I even existed. What has happened to the customer is always right and the customer pays your bills?? Will never go back!!
Nothing to complain about. $60 for wash and hand wax. Sure, I can do it cheaper myself but I hate washing cars. LOL!
