I’ve been a patient for several years. I want to mention Amber who works here. She went above and beyond her job to help me with my medical concerns. She’s very patient and responds very quickly. Sit in the waiting room for 2 hours went and told them I was leaving the adjusted paperwork and put me in the back of the building another hour goes by and I asked when I was going to be seen so the doctor checked me out in the back open room after 3 hours and 45 minutes I finally got to leave. Worst experience ever. Now I get a bill in the mail for $25 for a no-show fee. Unable to get ahold of anybody to take care of this issue considering I never had another appointment with them. Jasmin is the best. She took over my case and made things happen. The rest are just gave me the runaround. Sometimes they don't even answer the phone and never call me back. Jasmin is the ONLY one who does a great job.
