Never can get a hold of anybody for help. Left voicemails. Waited on hold for 25+ minutes and nobody ever contacts you back. They seem annoyed that you would want help at all. All I wanna do is exchange the address for my insurance and they can’t seem to even do that. Sometimes they even refuse to let you wait on hold. What is going on with this business? Absolutely horrible. Would not renew my insurance due to upgrades in house, rv, car, and cabin. Too bad I cannot give 0 stars. Not making any modifications without approved plans by engineers and permits from rm. I cannot believe they are doing this to me. I’ve been with them for 13 years and I went to pay for my renewal last month and they have just cancelled my insurance without refunding money. They even told me go elsewhere. The travel agent Rachel was most helpful. I tried three other places that day for baby passport photos that were rejected by the passport office. Rachel had lots of patience, and was able to get my infants attention without any fuss. It only took 5 minutes. She also quoted travel insurance, answering all my questions to meet my needs.
