I bought my package with Valerie G in Saskatoon. Absolutely stellar service, friendly, informative and she made my experience so enjoyable. It's hard to find great customer service anymore but Valerie was the best .
Had to go through house insurance claim. What a disappointing customer service. Tried to connect with our adjuster with numerous phone calls, never answered the phone, left a number of messages, none of them were returned, send lot of emails only two were briefly answered. Had to escalate the problem, finally two month later she called back to tell our claim is not approved. Good luck to get any advice or information from them.

Disappointed, went to CAA for a home insurance quote which I received, tried to contact the agent multiple times to proceed but doesn’t answer calls or emails! Did not give me any confidence in their customer service.
Working with Paige was absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend for home insurance needs
