The service representative we had was excellent. She was thorough in gathering insurance information and provided us with all of the options. She communicated well and was very very timely with her own questions and responses.
Used caa many times for a battery issue. I own a 2019 hr v and unfortunately needed a boost, four times on the second battery. The fellow who showed up to boost my vehicle said that my battery was shot. Again my vehicle is a 2019 and definitely shouldn’t need a battery replacement already as it would be the second replacement. The individual broke off the positive battery cap, “red” and clips holding the battery cable in place. Honda told me that the replacement battery was not the proper replacement. I’ve visited the Saskatoon branch several times, and on two occasions one of the employees in the reception treated me quite poorly. She seemed very unhappy and uninterested in helping. Yesterday, I went again to do insurance for my second car, and the same employee ignored me completely. She didn’t even look at me, and after waiting for more than 10 minutes, I left without completing my transaction.
