Parker Ewen did an outstanding job on our home insurance policy. Very efficient and professional.
I started a house insurance claim on May 28 and I called in and gave the information, then called back because I wanted to make sure they had the correct phone number and the person I talked to said there was no such claim under my name. So I had to do the process again. After this the demo was quick and DKI was great to deal with but after they finished I had to contact my adjuster because I was left in silence. I bought my package with Valerie G in Saskatoon. Absolutely stellar service, friendly, informative and she made my experience so enjoyable. It's hard to find great customer service anymore but Valerie was the best .
Had to go through house insurance claim. What a disappointing customer service. Tried to connect with our adjuster with numerous phone calls, never answered the phone, left a number of messages, none of them were returned, send lot of emails only two were briefly answered. Had to escalate the problem, finally two month later she called back to tell our claim is not approved. Good luck to get any advice or information from them.
