I had such a great experience at this nail salon today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and very attentive. The space was clean, relaxing, and had a really nice atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. I love coming to this salon. 💜💜💜They always make me feel very welcome from the moment I walk in. The customer service is excellent, and all the staff are kind, professional, and pay attention to every detail. I chose this place based on the reviews and regret going. My hands were done well by someone who took the time to ensure I was happy. However, my feet with Janeisha was a very different experience. She rushed through the service, didn’t properly prep my nails before applying shellac (only doing so after it was pointed out), and skipped the base coat. At the end, she filed my nails very roughly.
