We purchased a Ricoh MFC copier from C.A. Reding Company a few months back, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The staff is polite, responsive, and easy to work with. I just wanted to let anyone to know what a great Job Bill Thompson did for me. My email, Outlook lost all my folders and Bill recovered all of them. I live in Ohio and Bill is in California he was able to log in to my computer and repair it from his location. He also repaired other issues that made my computer run a lot faster.
