Kelsey was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I called a few days before I needed the inspection and she went out of her way to accommodate me. She arrived at the property a few minutes early to take care of paperwork and to go over the specifics. Once that was done she started with the inspection. Kelsey from CA Pro Home Inspection just inspected my mother's house in the Goleta Ellwood area, she spent a good four hours inspecting the house and then sent me a detailed report. Very professional and thorough, I now have a list of repairs to perform on the house, many of which I was not aware of previously. Thank you Kelsey!

I needed a home inspection on short notice for my seller's property. Kelsey was flexible with her scheduling and was able to fit us in. Her expertise and professionalism truly put the buyers at ease. She walked them through each of the findings and was able to describe complex concepts in an understandable way. Her written report was thorough, and she even provided it on the same day as the inspection! I would highly recommend Kelsey and I plan on using her for future inspections.
