A friend of mine booked an appointment for my daughter here for her first set of nails for prom. Waited an hour anda half (with an appointment) to het into the chair, even after being told it would be only 30 minutes. Once in the chair, it took a little over an hour to get her nails done (by 3 different people) just for her to come out and have her nails look like someone was practicing on her! I will never go here again! I should have left after looking at the sample nails.
