I have a split system that was not cooling and called to get service, the tech came on time took about an hour to look at it and determined there was a leak in the system and could not fix it. I received a bill for $490 ($140/h x 3.5 hrs) when the office is 20 minutes away. The bill should have been about $245. I filed a complaint and went down to $350. I still think this is high and I do not recommend them for residential time/material work, only with a fixed rate contract verified with multiple bids.
I have been dealing with this company for a very long time. I had plenty of problems with them, so we decided to try another company, then I asked them about the last day of maintenance in the building I manage and never receive response. Also, I asked them for the footprints of the A/C unit and they just don't answer.
