I have been dealing with this company for a very long time. I had plenty of problems with them, so we decided to try another company, then I asked them about the last day of maintenance in the building I manage and never receive response. Also, I asked them for the footprints of the A/C unit and they just don't answer.
When my air conditioning died during the hot summer, Jeff and the team at CA Mechanical sprung into action, sending a technician over on a Sunday to inspect the unit and help me understand exactly what was wrong and what my options were. The parts were hard to get, and Jeff called three places to get a motor for my unit. Thankful for the diligence and help getting my AC up and running again!
