Chris is a nice guy but overall a terrible contractor. We had an awful experience. I’m really surprised there are 8 positive reviews. We felt scammed by him. The work done to our house was to a very low standard - for example leaving drywall with huge gaps in the shower, using none water proof tile adhesive for shower, not framing walls properly before drywall, the list goes on. Every tradesperson we’ve had to hire to fix his work or his subcontractors’ work has commented on the low quality of work. We had to chase down Chri... read more
Had Chris fix some stairs and our deck in the back of the house. Great work and in a timely fashion. Would definitely use him again.
Chris was fabulous! He was a great communicator and did a beautiful job rebuilding our exterior stair case. He managed to keep our existing hand-railing (as we had requested) to save on waste and extra costs; something that other builders said wouldn't be possible. He also provided us with the best quote for the job. He was very reliable, trustworthy and kind. He didn't make a big fuss about things and just got straight to it. Calm, competent and reliable. Will definitely use him again!
