beware, they bill the insurance 3-4 times after we sign the paper work, roof cost with other reputed companies were around 15K, he said he will help with my dedctable so I went with them, total charge to insurance was 35K, now my insurance went up 2K every year. They carged for boards, gutter everything but just replaced shingles. no response and I doubt any warranty.
I went with this company as they were local to Milford, BIG MISTAKE, lowest bid always have quality and delivery issues. Lesson learned. They have ZERO knowledge of commercial spaces and please look for someone better.
Poor quality with poor commitment, they work with unskilled and illegal labor to cut corners and had issues from day1, watch for insurance fraud they just keep billing insurance without your knowledge. Not responding to phone calls - BBB complain in progress
I cannot recommend C&A Construction highly enough for their work with us on an insurance claim. When an oak tree fell, I was well on my way to accepting the answers my home owner's insurance company was giving me. Bret is a savvy advocate and made sure that our losses were considered and properly compensated. Great company, delt with my insurance for the damages to roof, replaced the entire roof of my house, fixed gutters that a gutter company installed incorrectly.... very professional guys
