Lauren and Steve were very unorganized and did not reply to several of my emails. She never gave me a disc or flash drive with all of my closing documents, as she promised. They also promised to pay us a referral free from the commission the received on the house we bought (we told them which house we wanted). Their check did not clear and they will refused to issue us a new one.
