Buyer Beware!!!! This realtor currently has a property listed that has significant flooding damage from Hurricane Milton. Which from what I understand is not the first flood for this property and I do not see where she has disclosed this information anywhere. I know this because I own the two properties next to this one and both of my properties flooded during Milton and before I was cheated by my broker by not disclosing the prior flooding issues I have since found out about (I would never have purchased these properties if... read more
