I found Erin to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. As a business owner in this industry I was appalled by the way she behaves. I would never consider doing business with this company again. If you read the reviews you can clearly see that every negative review has 20+ likes while no 5 star reviews have any. This leads me to believe there are a lot of people who didn’t want to put their name out there but agree that Erin and this company are not a good choice to work for or rent from.
I’ve worked with Erin Reed and C5 Realty & Property Management as a rental property owner, and I’ve been happy with the relationship. Property management is not one of those businesses where everything is always smooth. Sadly, as the property owner, I normally only hear from them when there is bad news. They handle everything efficiently and communicate clearly, which makes property management completely stress-free. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly, and they truly care about both owners and tenants. I highly recommend C5 Property Management to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service
Erin was not helpful. I provided my W2 for the year of 2024 and my months worth of pay stub at the same company that i have been at since ce 2024z and she kept finding an excuse to say i still needed 12 months of income. I am at the same company!! My 2025 w2 is not available yet. I absolutely qualified and she made it extremely difficult despite providing paystubs from the company i have been with for over a year. Zero out of 5.
