RecommendedRented from this company for 1 year and never had any issues, you can pay rent online or in person. Its due when its due and its late any time after its due...like everything else in life. They re-keyed the house on the first day of my lease and the company they used was so good. I accidentaly came up short a few dollars one month and Erin let me know to just be sure to include it in the next month and I did, it was no problem. She was never rude, just direct and professional.
Dennis runs an side business known as "Simply Grand Cleaning AZ" which flooded my home back in April. I am still trying to get a response from him regarding expenses and restitution. He knowingly sent a cleaner into my home who had drinking problems and a dirty track record and now is not responding to my messages and taking ownership of this.
Dennis and Erin have been managing my rental property since 2008 in a very professional manner. I've been very satisfied.
No major issues as a property owner. I do wish they would notify me before ANY repairs are done. I don't like surprises.
Very bad experience with this company. Dennis & Erin have the worst attitudes working with customer service. I have dealt with both of them. They do not belong in customer service...period! I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Sugary sweet when they get your business, after that....you no longer exist to them. Take your business elsewhere.
