Popped in the other day to get a gel fill and my friend a full acrylic set. They got us right in and the salon is very clean and organized. However it seemed they shouldn’t have take us on since they had appointments coming in and they started to rush. The gel was messily put on and not fixed later. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I asked for a ombre style with dip powder, but the result looked nothing like what I requested. The gel was applied messily, and my nail shapes were uneven, and even after pointing out my concerns and asking for fixes, nothing was properly corrected. The only option I was offered was to remove everything if I didn’t like it, along with the comment, “I said it’s not same with photo”. Thought this place was decent but last set of nails I got did not last 4 days so I went back and they put another one on me . 2 days later a different one fell off and then the next day an additional while scratching my back . I do office work and am single so I don’t even really wash dishes but 1 day a week when I meal prep. The nails would be considered short. $75 for the nails that did not last 4 days, I was out of town when the others came off .
Great service and experience. This is the second time going to C4 Nails for a Pedicure and I will definitely be back. So many colours to choose, great service and clean.
