About this business
We are an Elite Training Facility with an emphasis on Sports Performance and Functional Movement Training. We have a 6000 SQ FT facility located conveniently off of the 234 bypass in Prince William County, VA. We offer youth to adult training. We also do team training for all sports. We currently have a 40x50 ft turfed area to rent and 2 batting cages(supplied with baseballs/L screens and Tees).

Really great attention to detail and care for the athletes!
My son has been training at C-4 for a little over 2 years. The crew there has not only helped transform his physical performance and on the field skills, but they have invested so much time in getting his mind set on goals and what he needs to do to achieve those goals. They work every aspect of an athlete to maximize every bit of ability. I highly recommend C-4 for all athletes looking to become the best version of themselves.

This summer's internship at C4 Explosive Sports Training was a great learning experience. I left with a better grasp on what goes into performance training and strength & conditioning. C4 is an amazing facility that I would recommend to anyone interested. I did an internship here for my exercise science degree, and in the few months I was here I learned a substantial amount. All of the coaches displayed an impressive amount of knowledge surrounding this field, as well as truly caring for the athletes they were training.
