Scratched the entire side of my vehicle and left dents on my hood. Pretty much what I expect from that shady of a guy. Luckily it was my daily beater and not my show car. Either way had to contact authorities for damage done to my car. Never come here.
Very petty person. Would not recommend someone like this to touch my car.

Was late to appointment time, showed up with ketchup and mustard all over his face and shirt. Before he started work on my car i saw him pouring something called "new finish" in an orange bottle into a bottle of "high end correction product" he had just showed me a few minutes before. I saw the orange bottle stuff for sale at the corner gas station! I don't think it's anything special at all. thank you, rich basso for your professionalism, he came to my job on time and he has made the car that my husband was going to sell look like a brand new car and because of this the car is no longer for sale. NOTE my husband wanted a few extra things done to the car and Rich indicated there was no need to pay extra for something that was included. Rich is a very honest and professional detailer. I plan on using your services in the future and i highly recommend his services.
