Ben from C3 came to my house to do a compressor change out and went above and beyond to make sure my system was back to normal and working perfectly……definitely top notch.
Ben with C3 came out because of what I thought was an HVAC duct condensation issue seeping into a first floor ceiling. Ben identified that it wasn’t hvac related, and guided me through the attic and outside the house to help identify where the issue may be stemming from, which has me headed in the right direction for the next steps. Would definitely recommend C3!
When I first called C3 when the system in my current house stopped cooling, their tech was out that same day to diagnose/troubleshoot. It ended up being a leak in the indoor coil (found/determined by both Dye injection and a freon detector tool) and they had it replaced the next day. In the most recent service call on this aging system, they came out the next day and fixed that issue in a couple of hours.
