I’m disappointed to say that my most recent experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. I previously left a very positive review based on a great experience a couple of years ago, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I had an awesome experience with C3 and highly recommend them. Tyler M. and Morgan, were incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire visit. I was really impressed by how careful they were and they even wore foot protectors! which shows a lot of respect for the home/owners! I have been very pleased with my experience on their maintenance plan. Tyler is awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He even came out today on a snowy Sunday to get my heat back working.
